Shipping, Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

This policy explains how SECOND COMPANY (PLACEHOLDER) processes, ships, and fulfils orders placed through our online store.

1. Delivery coverage

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines through reputable third-party couriers. Same-day or on-demand delivery may be available within Metro Manila for qualifying orders. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Order processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Philippine holidays).
  • Orders are prepared for dispatch within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment is confirmed and stock availability is verified.
  • If an item is out of stock or only partially available, we will contact you to arrange a partial delivery, a substitution, or a refund.

3. Delivery lead times

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • Metro Manila: one (1) to three (3) business days.
  • Provincial / outside Metro Manila: three (3) to seven (7) business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer due to courier volume, weather, road or port conditions, holidays, remote or island destinations, or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The applicable fee is shown or quoted and confirmed before dispatch. Bulky items (for example racks, cabinets, and cable reels) may require a separate freight quotation.

You may also pick up your order at our store during business hours, free of shipping charges:

Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide the courier and tracking details. You can also check your order status any time using our Track Order page.

7. Receiving your order

  • Please inspect your items upon receipt, ideally before the courier leaves.
  • A valid ID and, where applicable, an authorization letter are required when receiving on behalf of the buyer.
  • Report any shortage, transit damage, or incorrect item within seven (7) days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Failed or refused deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are complete and correct. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or incomplete, no one is available to receive the order, or the order is refused without a valid reason, re-delivery fees may apply. Orders returned to us after repeated failed delivery attempts may be refunded net of shipping costs already incurred.

9. Installation and project deliveries

Deliveries that form part of an installation or contracting project (for example CCTV, structured cabling, or FDAS works) are scheduled separately and governed by the applicable project quotation or contract, not by this online store policy.
